Watching the movie "Everything Everywhere All At Once" while high is like embarking on an extraordinary and mind-bending journey through the multiverse. This film's mesmerizing visuals and thought-provoking narrative become even more immersive while "elevated," taking you on a transcendent cinematic adventure.
As the story unfolds, you find yourself deeply connected to the protagonist, Evelyn, portrayed brilliantly by Oscar-winner Michelle Yeoh. Her journey through multiple realities becomes a reflection of your own consciousness, blurring the lines between the physical and metaphysical realms. The film's nonlinear storytelling and stunning visual effects create a sense of timelessness, where past, present, and future intertwine in a kaleidoscope of meaning and symbolism.
The themes of identity and interconnectedness resonate profoundly while high, as you contemplate the infinite possibilities of existence and the profound impact of individual choices on the fabric of reality. I mean seriously, (SPOILER) people are rocks in another universe in this movie. ROCKS!
The action sequences take on a heightened intensity while "elevated," immersing you in a whirlwind of dynamic choreography and breathtaking stunts. The seamless transitions between parallel universes feel like an ethereal dance, pulling you deeper into the cinematic experience.
My only grip with this movie while high, is damn it can be really confusing to follow the nonlinear story on first viewing. I do recommend watching this movie "normal" first, and then re-watch while "elevated." However, if you don't really care, this movie is a cosmic blast from start to finish and you should definitely watch it. There's a reason it won so many Oscars. Plus, it's not a franchise movie! (extra bonus points).
Watching "Everything Everywhere All At Once" while high is an awe-inspiring and thought-provoking journey through the multiverse. It's a cinematic experience that goes beyond entertainment, inviting you to explore the mysteries of existence and the interconnectedness of all things.
